CANDY Single Launch

Reuben De Melo hails from Perth, Western Australia. He is currently juggling working on the mines and doing what he loves, hoping to find a balance. It should be easy if they're the same thing.

He recently debuted his single ‘CANDY’ at The Elford. Reuben is an amalgamation of folk, country and roots reggae and takes inspiration from artists such as Tyler Childers, Johnny Cash, The Beautiful Girls and of course uncle Bob Marley & The Wailers while also staying true to his eclectic tastes in other genres such as dance and soul. Having played at most venues in Perth, his dream is to travel further with his music.
